Beautiful Thing.

Everybody's dream for their son/daughter is that they should celebrate their's first year with a grand pomp and show. We were also not different. But unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill that due to our current situation. The day came and we had thought to end the day in a disappointed note. By around 8 p.m. we receive a call from our friends Sadanand and Doris that they are coming to see my son. We thought that finally someone is coming to our house at the end of the day to see my son. That was a small thought the bigger picture only God had known. Around 5 of them along with their wives landed up in our house to actually celebrate my son's birthday. They had organized coming here all of them making time, bought a cake, and dinner for all of them and us and we had a beautiful and a very sweet first birthday of my son. I could not have asked anything more than this from my God and my beautiful friends.

(Sadanand and Doris along with their daughter Esther, Samson and Joy, Naba and Nirma, Jerry and Sheela, and Kumar). I really thank My God for such wonderful people associated with us.

UNDILUTED little WONDERFUL ENCOURAGEMENTS.

Hello!

This is a strange story. Some time back, I was in KKC (Kingdom Kids Curriculum) or child care on Sundays organized by our church, when the parents attend church kids are being taken care of. I had the privilege of taking care of a smaller age group. I worked with the age group of 4 and 5 years. I had become close to many children. After a few years, by now I had stopped serving in KKC, two kuttis, the elder one is Ramya and the younger one is Renu, children of Srinivas and Shanthi regularly come and make sure they extend a special encouragement to me by greeting me. I stay away from the place where they stay and even in the church, our region is far away from theirs, but amazingly there is that special bond between these beautiful little girls and me. Many a days, I go to the church burdened with many problems, but little do I know that a big encouragement awaits me when I finish my church. It comes in the form of these little girls who run to me and give me a big warm hug. That is enough to become happy again. Sometimes these little beauties come, search, and if not found wait for me and then greet me. The conversation with them is also very interesting; it is not hello uncle or bye uncle, but more than that, “uncle! please come home,” “when will you come to our house,” my birthday is on so and so date please come!” Who would not do anything for such little wonders. I thank God for these little ones (Ramya and Renu). It is God who has put that special bond between us and I cherish that precious bond. God acts in mysterious ways, and I am glad that I have experienced one.

A FRIEND IN NEED

Hello again!

Good to be back. This time I want to introduce to all of you a friend who is truly in need. God has been good to me and has been helping me not although directly but through friends like these. Kumar has been a good friend to my and my family and has been there always in times of need and has never said no. At times, he will have to give up his needs to fulfill ours. Thats like a friend from God. Love you Kumar!!!!!

Big surprises come from simple people

Hello everyone!

I have something extraordinary to share with you. I know of a family who are very simple. Murugesh the father, Victoria the mother and their two girls Jacqueline and Jaysilee. I have known them for many years, Murugesh works for a blind school and brings in a small salary and runs the family with that. Victoria manages the house with her tailoring work sometimes. Usually, we feel that daring acts are done by high profile people who are very smart, well educated, very well calculative and we expect some remarkable acts like sponsorship, adoption etc., from this class of people.

I am going to talk about a miracle adoption by Murugesh's family. They had cultivated a deep strong desire to adopt a boy baby for a long time and they never even revealed this desire to anyone. I have known a few who talk about adoption and they have adopted and some who keep talking but never have adopted.

There was a time when Murugesh and family heard through friends that there is a boy who needs to be adopted due to various circumstances and Murugesh and Victoria sprung into action. But again due to some obstruction they were not able to bring the baby home. When asked about it, Murugesh said that it was not God's plan and that is why they could not bring the baby home. We would expect this sort of statement from all other "strong, leadership oriented people" but not from him; it was surprising. Again, big surprises come from small people, so to say. They did not lose heart. They were in touch with God for this adoption. One fine day, he heard that somebody had dropped a boy with a church priest and Murugesh immediately rushed to the place along with his wife and expressed their willingness to take him home as their son. The little baby boy was 3-4 month's old and was born to a woman who had 12 children already and they could not support anymore children. In this evil world, where there is infanticide every moment, I thank God for protecting the baby and giving a good heart to the lady that she did not do anything otherwise but gave up the baby to that church priest. The priest was all the more happy to give away the boy to Murugesh and Victoria. After they brought the baby home, he was not only happy but he even asked advice about the legalities of the baby and took the advice seriously and got the adoption process legally done. The boy is now grown and he is really one among the family and as usual he has all the resemblance of the family just like the resemblance that a biological offspring would have if the boy were to be born for Murugesh and Victoria. God bless such hearts and I pray that people like me will take the challenge more higher to do daring things such as these. To God be the glory. Here is the miracle boy with the family.

THE PRECIOUS FEW

Hi there!

On the occasion of friendship day, I want to take this opportunity to dedicate this friendship day to a few friends who are very close to our hearts. They really fulfill the necessities of friendship. The first family is Christopher, Pearly, Rohan and Dinesh. They are very special because they have been there with us whenever we needed them in times of severe storms in our life. If they are not able to make it physically they will be present with us emotionally to strengthen us by all means.

The second family is Sadanand, Dorris and Esther. They have been there as a father and mother to my daughter Cassy. Esther has been a good teacher to my daughter. My daughter used to imitate everything that she used to do and grow. I thank God for Sadanand and family. There is nothing like oneness and true friendship.

The other family I would like to share with you all is Murugan and Lilly. They have a daughter called Neola. There are one of very few family who feel for us just like how we feel. I am very grateful to God for them because of their good hearts. I want to thank them for their friendship.

I really want to dedicate this friendship day for these great and wonderful precious friends of mine.

A VERY HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY TO ONE AND ALL
